1. Using Alyvero

Alyvero provides browser-based utilities on an as-is basis. You may use the tools for lawful personal, educational or business purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law.

2. Your files

You remain responsible for the files you select, upload or process and for having the necessary rights and permissions to use them. Keep your original copies of important files.

3. Results and accuracy

Conversion and compression results can vary according to file structure, format, browser and source quality. Alyvero does not guarantee perfect document reconstruction, a specific compression ratio, or compatibility with every file.

4. Local browser processing

Many Alyvero tools are designed to process files in the browser. Local processing does not mean every part of the website is completely offline or that third-party services are never contacted for other site functions. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Prohibited use

Do not use Alyvero to violate laws, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit material that you are not legally entitled to process.

6. Availability

Tools may be changed, suspended or discontinued. Alyvero does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every tool will work with every device, browser or file.

7. Advertising and third-party links

Alyvero may display third-party advertising or link to third-party services. Alyvero does not control the content, privacy practices or availability of those third-party services.

8. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Alyvero is not responsible for loss caused by reliance on a conversion result, compression result, service interruption or failure to keep a separate copy of an important file.
